IPMA certification training, module 1DescriptionThis webinar-based certification training prepares participants to meet the requirements of the IPMA certification and to apply project management principles effectively in real projects The course covers the certification requirements and core project management competence areas as defined by ICB4, while continuously connecting theory to practical project situations. Certification concepts are explained through realistic examples, exercises, and discussions, helping participants understand not only what the standards say, but how they are used in practice. The training supports systematic preparation for the certification exam and strengthens participants’ ability to interpret and apply project management frameworks in their own organizational context.
