PM² is a lightweight, open and easy-to-use methodology that supports effective project implementation. PM² is suitable for all types of projects and contains elements from many project management best practices, standards and methods, such as PMBoK Guide, PRINCE2®, IPMA-ICB and is based on lessons from projects implemented in the EU institutions.

After the training, you will understand how the PM² methodology supports project implementation and improves project management. Its ease of use and simplicity guarantees that you can immediately apply the learned methods to your own projects and understand how to improve project management.

Compared to the PM² Methodology in a nutshell training, this training allocates more time for practice thereby supporting the adoption of the PM² methodology.
