The basic level course consists of 2 modules and it gives you a broad view of current project management tools and methods. It is intended for people who already have some background knowledge and experience of project management. Modules are described in the 'Program' section and they can also be taken separately. Exercises, groupworks and discussions are used to deepen the understanding of course items.
