Professional project manager

Duration: 2 x 2 days

This 4-day (2 two-day modules) course gives you a broader and deeper view of current project management tools and methods. It is intended for people who already have some background knowledge and experience of project mangement. First module focuses on the project initiation, definition and planning phases and the second module on project execution, monitoring and control activities. Each module can also be taken separately. Special time is allotted for exercises, groupwork and discussion. Course includes the following elements:

Target audience: project & program managers and coordinators, project portfolio managers, project team members, middle and upper level management, business controllers, analysts and experts

Working methods: lectures followed with groupwork, exercises and review questions

Prerequisites: basic experience or training such as 'Get started in PM'
