Task hierarchy and improved Gantt in MonteCarloProject

MonteCarloProject includes now creation of task hierarchy with unlimited number of levels and improved Gantt chart.

Task display section in the user manual shows how to set the task hierarchy. New Gantt, which is part of project display, shows the hierarchy in addition to predecessor-successor relationships.
